Fix and Flip Investments in Des Moines, Iowa

I do Fix and Flips. I currently have homes in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids area that are complete and nearing completion and would be interested in sharing profits with a potential investor/s. Simply put I have used my own money to this point to finance homes and own all free and clear. I am holding them from the market till march as this is the slowest time of year for sales and spring has always been the best time for home sales and maximizing my return. My idea would simply to let an investor secure their money with completed homes. And I will continue to do more projects or possibly partner in new ventures.
